Megan Sangimino

Meg is a 200hr Registered Flow Yoga teacher who teaches everything from gentle flow classes to advanced, energetic flow classes.  Her teaching style is creative and engaging, tailoring each class to the students that walk into her class. She comes from an athletic background and has been practicing Hatha Yoga for over 6 years.  In addition to yoga, Meg loves going for hikes with her yellow lab, Lina and reading a good book at local coffee shops.
